Who we are
RoadInsite Ltd is based in Auckland, New Zealand. For questions about your information, email info@roadinsite.com.
Making an enquiry
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional organisation, area of interest and message. We use information you send us to understand and respond to your enquiry.
In email mode, the form prepares a draft for your email app. The message reaches RoadInsite when you send that email. If direct submission is enabled, the form clearly reports whether the message was delivered to our enquiry service.
Website preview
When this site is run as a local preview, submitting the form may save a copy on the computer hosting the preview. That is not email delivery. The form will explain that you need to send the prepared email to reach the team.
What the demonstrations do
The analytical figures and AI workflow examples run in your browser using illustrative data. They do not connect to your files, request camera access, access live traffic systems or send their selections to RoadInsite.
Cookies and third-party content
This version of the website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Fonts and images are served with the site. Hosting providers may process technical connection information, such as an IP address and request logs, to operate and protect the website.
Links to external sites, including LinkedIn and reference material, are governed by those sites’ own privacy practices.
Your choices
Please send only information needed for the initial conversation. You can contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have sent. We will consider requests in accordance with applicable obligations and any need to retain business records.
Project information
Data access, use, storage and retention for a client project are agreed as part of that engagement. The website’s illustrative examples do not grant access to client data.
